Release Agreement

I, __________________________, am the sole person responsible to make the decision to enter this media material in the Byron Film Club (hereafter refered to as BFC). I understand when I fill out this entry form and thereby enter this media entry in the BFC, that I indemnify, release, and hold harmless BFC, its managers, employees, interns, sponsors, co-sponsors, individual and institutional supporters from any liability related to the use of my entry. I agree that all rights and permissions for any materials contained within the said entry have been granted to me and that I hold harmless BFC from any disputes or claims that may arise from these rights and permissions granted. I further understand that by submitting my entry to BFC, I indemnify, release and hold harmless BFC of any responsibility and liability, for any or all damages or losses that may occur to my entry. The BFC will make it's best endevours in assuring that the entry and it's representative will be treated with the highest respect. Both parties aknowledge that this is a non exclusive agreement and that this arrangement is at any time subject to revocation by either BFC or the agreeing party. Six weeks notice will be required should the agreeing party choose to withdraw their entry.
